The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme from INSEAD Executive Education features a cutting-edge curriculum that provides a holistic learning experience covering strategy, performance management and leadership skills, delivered through a combination of online and live virtual sessions. The core modules are structured across three critical pillars that every CSO needs to spearhead their organisation’s corporate strategy and succeed in driving results.
Project work
A critical element of the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme is the Learning Experiments, a series of six open-minded application-based exercises. During these, you will analyse and list challenges within your organisation and seek to apply the tools and frameworks learnt from learning modules. You will refine your road map through regular check-in sessions and feedback from the programme facilitator and peers.
On-campus networking event
Get the opportunity to meet your cohort peers in person on the INSEAD campus in Fontainebleau during an optional two-day networking event that will feature in-person faculty sessions and simulations. This networking event features graduates from multiple cohorts, giving you the unique chance to network with executives worldwide and become part of a lifelong community of global leaders.
Note: The networking event is held once a year, which brings together participants from different senior executive programmes.
