    Comprehensive curriculum

The design and curriculum of the ILPSE are derived from INSEAD’s extensive experience, recognising that a participant’s success hinges on the mastery of three key dimensions of leadership – leading self, leading teams and leading organisations.

    Leading Self

Self-awareness plays a pivotal role in the journey of personal growth and development. Accomplished leaders possess a profound understanding of their identity and motivations, allowing them to govern themselves adeptly and engage others productively. This pillar of the programme focuses on providing participants with the tools for introspection, feedback solicitation and cultivation of a personal leadership agenda. These tools empower participants to challenge themselves and be an effective leader.

    Leading Teams

Progress in a participant’s journey requires transitioning from being a successful individual contributor to a leader who can successfully motivate and manage their teams to generate collective success for the organisation. The curriculum in this pillar of the program focuses on providing the participants with the skills that are foundational for influencing others and creating successful teams.

    Leading Organisations

The curriculum for this pillar of the programme focuses on providing participants with cutting-edge knowledge encompassing all aspects of general management and frameworks for understanding the implications of contemporary macro- and micro-level developments. It progressively establishes the connections across these different domains and culminates in a capstone simulation during the final module of the programme, where participants compete to successfully build and grow a profitable business.

    Individual Development Plan

An individual development plan (IDP) is a process to help you put to use what you learn to generate better results. It is individual because it is yours – no one else will monitor your performance against the plan. It is about development because it is based on reflection and the actions that you will take based on insights you gain in the programme. It is a plan because it sets forth what you are going to do and what results you expect to see.

    Career Services

INSEAD is globally recognised by organisations as a renowned source of talent. The programme offers career guidance and a tailor-made approach to help create your career development action plan. This includes a wide range of activities, including self-assessments, career workshops, discussions with industry veterans and career conversations with coaches.

    The INSEAD India Business Dialogue

An integral part of the programme, the annual dialogues bring together industry leaders, experts and INSEAD alumni. Connect with distinguished experts and experienced delegates from India and around the globe as they discuss and debate on varied facets of the Indian economy.

    The Entrepreneurial Boot Camp

Tap into your creativity and all that you have learnt in the programme to develop an original business idea and create an action plan to bring it to fruition.

    The Phoenix Encounter

A dynamic group exercise where you will put a hypothetical business model to the test, react to forces of disruption, and collaborate with your peers to create a strategic blueprint to see it "Rise from the Ashes."
