The INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives (ILPSE) – India is a one-year part-time general management and business leadership programme. Now in its 15th year, ILPSE offers an integrated leadership journey that blends the visionary mindset of entrepreneurship with the strategic acumen and cross-functional expertise essential for becoming an impactful leader.

    The design and curriculum of ILPSE are derived from the extensive experience of INSEAD, recognising that a participant’s success hinges on the mastery of three key dimensions of leadership – leading self, leading teams and leading organisations.
