The design and curriculum of ILPSE are derived from the extensive experience of INSEAD, recognising that a participant’s success hinges on the mastery of three key dimensions of leadership – leading self, leading teams and leading organisations.
Each module builds on the three core dimensions of leadership and shows how closely they relate to one another. The programme’s design helps you make sense of your wider context – from industry trends and economic shifts to new technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), geopolitics and generational change – and apply those insights to leading yourself, your teams and your organisation.
