Individual Development Plan
An individual development plan (IDP) is a process to help you put to use what you learn to generate better results. It is individual because it is yours – no one else will monitor your performance against the plan. It is about development because it is based on reflection and the actions that you will take based on insights you gain in the programme. It is a plan because it sets forth what you are going to do and what results you expect to see.

ILPSE is a one-year part-time programme that offers an integrated approach to general management through nearly 30 in-depth session topics on core functional areas, strategy and leadership. It leverages week-long immersions at INSEAD’s global hubs near Paris and in Singapore, along with sessions in Mumbai, to provide an unmatched international educational experience.
The diversity of participants is critical to the learning experience. Our participants come from a wide range of functions, industries, backgrounds, organisations and life experiences.
The programme has a total of seven modules spread across virtual sessions and in-person sessions at INSEAD’S global hubs in Singapore and Fontainebleau, France along with sessions in Mumbai. The curriculum is structured around three types of modules: general management and leadership-oriented modules leading to integrated learning of leadership-related skills and behaviours, functional modules and advanced functional modules. In addition, participants will complete optional online coursework covering basic financial concepts.
Upon completion of ILPSE, participants will be awarded a digital certificate of completion from INSEAD.
